A wonderful stay right on the river with helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and great dinner at the on-site restaurant. the location in the center of town is perfect, with a beautiful view of the vineyards across the Moselle River Valley. the spa was lovely and empty on both days we used it, and we even received a free bus pass for exploring the surrounding towns.
The room was a bit small, lacked air conditioning, and had unreliable Wi-Fi.

The hotel is conveniently located with a stunning view of the surrounding area. The room was tidy and the bed comfortable. I also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast, which provided a good start to my day.
My entire stay was overshadowed by the rude hotel staff who seemed to lack basic hospitality skills. The bar staff in particular was unprofessional and unhelpful.
